We hear the same thing from nearly every small business we talk to: "I know I need a CRM, but I have not had time to set one up." Or invoicing, or email marketing, or project management, or all of the above.
The tools exist. Most of them are affordable. The problem is never finding the right software. The problem is finding the time and knowledge to set it all up properly, connect it together, and keep it running as the business grows.
That is what SysCare is for.
What SysCare does
SysCare is OpFlow's business systems setup and ongoing support service. It works in two phases.
Phase one: setup. We configure your platforms from scratch or optimise what you already have. That means setting up pipelines in your CRM, creating invoice templates in your accounting software, building out your project boards, configuring email marketing, connecting your calendar and booking system, and making sure everything talks to everything else.
Phase two: ongoing care. Once everything is live, we do not disappear. SysCare includes a monthly check-in where we review how your systems are performing, flag new features, handle minor tweaks and adjustments, and make sure things still fit as your business evolves. When you hire someone new, we give them a 30-minute tech stack overview so they are productive from day one.
Two types of client
SysCare is designed for two situations.
New businesses that need everything set up from scratch. You know you need a CRM, invoicing, email marketing, and project management, but you do not want to spend weeks researching and configuring it all yourself. We recommend the right platforms, set them up, connect them, and hand them over ready to use.
Existing businesses that are underusing what they have. You are paying for software you barely touch, or your team has outgrown the way things were originally set up. We audit what you have, fix what is not working, and roll out what is missing.
What it costs
Setup is quoted per engagement based on the number of platforms, their complexity, and how many people need access. We give you a single project fee after a free Systems Assessment.
Ongoing SysCare starts at $149 per month for two or fewer platforms, $299 per month for three to five, and a custom quote for six or more. Month-to-month, no lock-in.
If your business runs on Microsoft 365, there is a dedicated add-on at $249 per month covering Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Bookings, Planner, Lists, Forms, Copilot, and more.
What it is not
SysCare is not IT support. We do not manage devices, networks, security policies, email administration at the tenant level, or helpdesk tickets. If you need those things, you need an MSP. We are happy to recommend one.
What we do handle: the business software layer. CRM, invoicing, email marketing, project management, scheduling, document storage, communication tools, and the connections between them.
How it fits with automation
SysCare and automation are different problems, but they work together well. You need your systems set up and connected before automation makes sense. Once your CRM, invoicing, and other platforms are running properly, we can start looking at which processes could run on their own.
At every SysCare check-in, we flag opportunities where automation could save time. If you are interested, a free Automation Assessment is the next step.
Getting started
The entry point is a free Systems Assessment: a 20 to 40 minute conversation where we map your current tools, identify gaps, and recommend the right platforms for your business. No obligation, no jargon.
